Casa delle Sorgenti came to life in 2010 following the renovation of a typical Marchegiano farmhouse. Nestled in the hills, the nearest beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car whilst the renowned cities of Fermo, Ascoli Piceno and Macerata, famous for their art and opera, are all within easy reach. Not far away are the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains which offer very accessible walking and cycle trails.
The surrounding area is home to many medieval villages characteristic of the southern part of the Marche region, the closest being the small town of Montefiore dell'Aso, famous for its flower and film festivals, being the closest.
