Accessed via a private entrance, the Melograno apartment is spread over two floors with an expansive terrace that overlooks the lush valley with views of the Adriatic sea.
The spacious apartment (over 100m2) is available for both short and long stays all year-round and can host up to 6 guests (maximum of 4 adults).
On the first floor, accessed by an original internal staircase, a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom leads to an expansive terrace offering views of the valley and the sea.
The ground floor features a generous living area with a double sofa bed, as well as a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
